Restoration job management software · United States · Early access

Reads the adjuster’s scope. Runs the job Xactimate doesn’t.

Carriers use Xactimate to control what they pay. Claim Job Control is where your office runs the job: a first-contact clock from the moment the assignment lands, a margin floor on every estimate, change orders, WIP, collections, and an audit trail nobody on your staff can edit. Import the adjuster’s PDF scope. Never show the carrier your internal rates. Built inside a 70-person repair firm by a contractor, not a software company.

Where we are with the US

The honest position, in three lists.

Live today

  • The full system, in production for UK contractors: worklists, estimating, change orders, scheduling, invoicing, P&L, reports
  • Adjuster scope import from the PDF estimate (including PDFs exported from Xactimate) into the estimate, with the margin check on the imported lines
  • Specification documents to the carrier, the adjuster and the homeowner, carrying scope and price only, never your rates
  • Self-serve trial: create your company and load twelve sample claims, no card

Before the US edition opens

  • US addresses, states and ZIP codes; sales tax at your rate instead of UK VAT
  • Dollar billing and dollar pricing in the app
  • US vocabulary on every screen: carrier, adjuster, deductible, supplement, change order
  • Letter-size documents and US date formats
  • Native Xactimate ESX import (today only the exported PDF is read)
  • QuickBooks export

Roadmap

  • Pushing scope back to XactNet (depends on Verisk access)
  • US data region
  • Spanish-language screens for your crews
  • SOC 2

Program work

Replace the compliance hire.

Most program contractors employ someone whose whole job is keeping the TPA happy: contact within the hour, inspection inside the SLA, estimate uploaded on time, every touch documented. The system does that job, and it does it to a tighter clock than the program asks for.

A 15-minute first-contact clock

Programs ask for contact in an hour, or 24. Every new assignment starts a 15-minute clock on the office worklist, every attempt is logged, and a job nobody has called turns red in front of the whole office. The program’s clock never gets close.

Timestamps you cannot back-date

Contact, inspection and estimate times are written by the database when they happen, with who did it. Nobody can tidy them up afterwards. When a program audits you, the record is already the record.

No inspection before contact

The button to schedule an inspection is not there until the homeowner has been contacted, and the server refuses too. The one rule that keeps a contractor on a program is enforced, not remembered.

A margin floor, per carrier

Xactimate does not include your profit margin. Set a floor for each carrier and program. Every estimate is checked against it before acceptance and goes red when it falls below. Program work at a loss stops being a surprise at month end.

Change orders and supplements, tracked

Post-acceptance changes go through your estimator, then out to the adjuster, with the elapsed time visible until the approval lands. Every value change is audited before and after.

Your data, exportable

Every report exports to CSV and a full export is available on request. No export fee to get your own job history back.

Pricing preview

Indicative US prices. Final when the US edition opens.

Two seat types, per user, per month, published. Between the budget tools and the $6,000-a-year minimums, with a field seat cheap enough that nobody shares a login.

Office

A desk, an estimator, a manager: the three roles that make the clocks work.

$99/user/mo

Three-seat minimum, so the first bill is about $297 a month · annual billing

  • Every worklist with color-coded clocks
  • Estimate from the imported scope, with a per-carrier margin floor
  • Contact-before-inspection enforcement
  • Change orders, scheduling, materials, invoicing, AR
  • Job costing and P&L per claim
  • SLA scorecard the way the program measures you
  • Tamper-proof audit trail

Field

Crews and techs: assigned jobs, schedule, time, photos.

$19/user/mo

No minimum on field seats

  • Assigned job access
  • Schedule and time entry
  • Photos and documents
  • Cheap enough that nobody shares a login

Example: a 10-person shop (3 office + 7 field) would pay about $430 a month($297 office + $133 field). These figures are indicative and will be confirmed when the US edition opens; early-access firms get them in writing first.

What you’re joining

  • One email when the US edition opens, with the date and the prices in writing
  • Setup fee waived for every early-access firm
  • A direct line to the founder, who answers the margin and migration questions himself
  • A say in what ships first: QuickBooks, Spanish screens, a US data region

Want to see it now?

  • Create your own account and load the sample claims. It reads in pounds and UK terms today; the system underneath is what you would be buying.
  • Or ask for a screen-share in the form. The founder walks one job from assignment to final payment in thirty minutes.

Who it is for

Independent restoration and repair contractors with 5 to 70 people, doing carrier and program work, who want to stay independent. Not a replacement for Xactimate and not an insurer portal. It sits on your side of the claim.

FAQ

Questions US contractors ask

Does it replace Xactimate?

No. Xactimate is how the carrier controls the price and it stays. Claim Job Control is where your office runs the job after the assignment lands: the clocks, the schedule, the margin, the money. The adjuster’s scope comes in as the PDF estimate and becomes the estimate you work from; native ESX files are not read yet.

Does it connect to XactAnalysis or my TPA portal?

Not automatically. Verisk restricts third-party access to XactAnalysis, which is why every job-management product in the category works the same way: you upload the estimate file or forward the assignment. Pushing scope back to XactNet is on the roadmap and depends on Verisk, so we do not promise it.

What does early access get me?

The setup fee waived, a direct line to the founder, and a say in what gets built first. You hear from us once, when the US edition opens. No mailing list and no sales calls in between.

When does the US edition open?

The list above is the honest position. The build is in progress and we will not mark the US edition available until a US company can sign up, see dollars and deductibles, and import a real carrier file. Early-access firms get the date first.

Who built this?

A contractor, not a software company. The founder ran an insurance repair firm for over twenty years, grew it from two people to seventy, and built this system to run it. It has been rebuilt for the web so other contractors can run on the same discipline.

Where is my data?

A managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, with provider backups and an audit trail written by the database itself. A US data region is on the roadmap. Your data is exportable at any time without an export fee.

Bring one program job.

Thirty minutes on a screen-share. We import its scope, check it against your floor, and show you what the program never shows you.
